Face
Aesthetic

  • Cheek aesthetics is one of the aesthetic units of the face. The aesthetic structure of this area is primarily shaped by the nose, chin, and cheekbones. In cheek aesthetics, interventions are made on the cheekbones and the soft tissue mass of the cheek.

In some individuals, the cheeks are excessively flat and sunken, while in others, they are overly full and swollen, both of which can lead to complaints. Cheeks that are full and firm in youth become more sunken and sagging over the years.

  • The jaw is adjusted to be compatible with the facial structure ratio. Different techniques can be used for this procedure.

This procedure is used in cases where the jaw is short to achieve a certain length and balance the remaining facial features.

Fillers or other surgical procedures like facelifts are complementary for jaw aesthetics.

Sometimes, the upper and lower jaws may have an abnormal relationship with each other due to developmental reasons or trauma. In this case, following orthodontic evaluation and some X-ray analyses, orthodontic treatment and subsequent surgical interventions may be necessary to advance, retract, shorten, or lengthen the lower and upper jaws.

These interventions can provide dramatic changes and also solve issues related to tooth alignment.

  • Otoplasty, or ear shaping surgery, involves either bringing the ears closer to the head or reducing their size if the issue is that they are larger than normal.
In this operation, performed to achieve more naturally shaped ears, the ear cartilage is reshaped, and once the desired appearance is achieved, the incision scars are hidden behind the ear.

  • If deep lines have formed between the nose and mouth, the jawline has become loose and saggy, and there is fat accumulation and folding in the neck, a facelift operation is the most suitable option for you.

In a facelift surgery, sagging skin tissue is removed and tightened; at the same time, the underlying support tissues and muscles are also subjected to tightening.

As the jawline, cheeks, and cheekbones become more defined, the neck contour regains its former appearance. Today’s facelift surgeries are generally combined with different techniques that ensure the tightening of the muscles in the face and neck area.

  • Forehead and Brow Aesthetics ideal eyebrow should have the middle part raised, while the outer part should align with the outer corner of the eye, and the inner part of the eyebrow should be on the upper side line of the nose. The area above the exact midpoint of the line between the outer corner of the eye and the eyeball is the highest point of the eyebrow.

Endoscopic forehead lift is performed under general anesthesia. Since the surgery is carried out with small incisions made in the scalp, there is no noticeable scar-  The other option is a more extensive procedure. This technique is used if the wrinkles are very deep. An incision is made in the scalp that extends from one ear to the other, and the muscles causing the wrinkles are removed, and the forehead is pulled and stitched.

  • Hair transplant procedures can provide solutions not only for male pattern baldness but also for hair loss resulting from surgical interventions, traumas, or burns.

From the age of 20 onwards, the hormonal structure in men becomes evident, along with the hair characteristics. Most healthy men who have sufficient donor areas and advanced hair loss after the age of 20-22 are suitable for hair transplantation.

On the third day after the transplant, the hair is washed with a special shampoo. After hair transplantation, fine scabs develop on the skin, lasting about 7-10 days. These fine scabs become cleaner with daily washing and completely disappear after ten days.

The transplanted hair falls out after one month and regrows after 3-6 months. However, it may take 6-12 months to see definitive results.

  • The earliest signs of aging will be evident at the eyelids. Loose skin and puffy bags are seen at both upper and lower eyelids. The excess fat tissues are evident at the lower eyelid and are visible as fat bags and swelling. All these changes give the patient a tired and sad expression.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and will last for 20-40 minutes, where excess skin and fat tissue will be removed and closed by aesthetic sutures.

After the operation, the patient may have black eyes for four days. The patient can take a shower on the second day and may put on make-up on the third day to cover the color changes at the eyes. On the fifth day the stitches will be removed.

  • As we grow older, the skin covering the fatty tissue on our faces begins to loosen and sag in various places. This loosening of skin produces wrinkles and enhances skin folds of the face. Mini facelifts are generally appropriate for people who show aging in the mid-face and do not have a severe amount of excess skin around their jawline and neck. Mini facelifts do not stop the aging process but merely set the clock back.

One or more of the following conditions may indicate that you are a good candidate for a facelift:
A deep line, or fold, running from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth.
    – A slight jowling, or loss of a well-defined jawline associated with youthfulness.
    – Wrinkles in the cheeks and sagging of the “highlight” areas of the cheekbones.

  • The nose is an organ located at the very center of the face, which is very important in terms of appearance and respiration. Interventions related to the nose must be planned very well in every aspect and carried out meticulously.

You need to convey your complaints about your nose in detail. It should be discussed whether you have any respiratory complaints, if so, their relationship with seasons, whether they increase with activities, nighttime sleep, dry mouth, headaches, snoring, and whether they lead to issues such as nasal discharge.

  • Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and muscle from the upper  eyelids along with underlying fatty tissue.

It can help improve vision in older patients who have hooding of their upper eyelids. It can make a noticeable difference in the appearance of the face by reducing or even removing the appearance of tiredness and old age. Eyes appear fresher and more youthful.

  • The Brazilian butt lift procedure involves transferring fat collected from the body through Vaser liposuction to the buttock area, allowing for a fuller and more shaped appearance. It is a highly popular operation.

It is recommended to be performed under general anesthesia. However, for small fat volume transfers, local anesthesia can also be preferred.

It is a short procedure with high patient comfort.

BBL provides a rounder and fuller appearance.

Fat transfer has a more natural look compared to implants. Another benefit is that the risk of infection is lower compared to silicone butt implants.

  • Gynecomastia is known as breast enlargement in men. This condition can develop due to the use of certain medications, hormones, or genetic predisposition. Gynecomastia can be seen during puberty, in old age, or due to excessive weight gain, that is, physiologically (without being related to a disease). In puberty, gynecomastia that arises from rapid growth often regresses over time. Therefore, in these patients, surgical treatment should be avoided until the age of 18.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and lasts about 2-3 hours. In patients for whom gynecomastia is decided and surgery is planned, the treatment method varies according to the severity of the cases.

  • One of the world’s most popular procedures, liposuction, reduces the overall number of fat cells, enabling you to change your body’s contours and flaws. Being more about fat than skin, it is an effective way to remove the stubborn fat deposits around the body that are not helped by sport and diet.

Those who are moderately overweight can benefit from liposuction, which in women can usually be applied to the abdomen, hips, thighs, inner knees, upper arms, and back. In men, the areas usually treated are the chest/breasts, abdomen, and flanks.

Possibly from the age of 18 years, liposuction offers the best results for the young who have elasticity in the skin (there are different procedures that address excess and saggy skin, e.g., a tummy tuck, that can be performed in combination with liposuction to obtain the best results).

  • Often after childbirth or weight changes, it results in loose, excess skin at the lower abdomen area. Exercise and diet may have no effect on tightening this loose, excess skin. Whilst a full tummy tuck removes larger quantities of skin and fat while tightening the deep layer of stomach muscles, the mini tummy tuck works on the lower stomach area only, removing the excess skin and fat that rolls over the top of the jeans.

If your skin laxity, sagginess, and muscle weakness are limited to the area below the belly button, you may be suitable for this procedure.

This surgery involves an incision made across the lower abdomen just above the pubic area; from here, excess skin and fat are removed and tightened.

  • A tummy tuck, a popular procedure, removes and tightens excess skin and fat at the middle and lower tummy; usually abdominal wall muscles are tightened at the same time. Often combined with liposuction at the tummy, abdomen, hips, waist, and thighs, it gives the best results.

If you have excess abdominal skin, a sagging tummy, bulging of the abdomen, or muscle weakness, a tummy tuck will improve your appearance. Genetics, childbirth, skin type, and weight loss/gain often stretch the skin to the point that it no longer contracts; a tummy tuck is the only option.

  • As a person ages, experiences weight shifts, or due to genetics, upper arm skin can become loose and flabby. Tightening and removal of the excess skin combined with liposuction to remove excess fat will give a more shapely, firmer, and youthful appearance.

Those who have loose, flabby skin and fat that often gives the upper arms the names ‘bingo wings’ and ‘bat wings’ are suitable. Although exercise will help increase appearance, often surgery is the only alternative. Liposuction only will reduce the overall volume of fat but won't remove excess skin. A combination of both will usually give the best results.

  • Breast asymmetry refers to a noticeable difference in size and/or shape between the two breasts. It should also be kept in mind that there is no perfect symmetry in paired organs in our body, such as ears, breasts, hands, and feet. However, it may be necessary to correct asymmetries that are significantly bothersome to the individual.

The surgical technique varies depending on the shape of the asymmetry. If there is a difference in both size and shape between the two breasts, breast implants are utilized. In this case, either implants of different volumes are placed in each breast, or a reduction procedure is performed on the larger breast.

  • Breast augmentation may be necessary due to insufficient development of breast tissue or reasons such as weight loss or breastfeeding, which can cause the breasts to shrink.

Silicone implants are used in breast augmentation surgeries to mimic breast tissue. With the help of these implants placed either under the breast tissue or under the muscle, the desired size and shape of the breast are achieved.

The breast and fat tissue amount, shape, and breast-body measurements of the patient are taken into consideration to plan the breast augmentation surgery. Based on the individual characteristics of the patient, the type and size of the implant to be used are determined.

  • The type of silicone to be used is quite varied:

    - According to shape: Drop (anatomic), round

    - According to surface structure: Textured surface, smooth surface

    - According to height (projection): Low profile, moderate, high profile, and very high profile

    - According to content: Cohesive gel or saline solution-containing prostheses can be used.

Round prostheses are preferred for breasts that are more hollow at the top. In breasts with sufficient tissue, it is sufficient to only enhance the middle part.

For those with little breast tissue, drop-shaped prostheses that are thin at the top and expand downwards are suitable options. These prostheses are ideal for creating a soft angle.

  • Breast lift is performed to give a better shape to sagging breasts due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, or gravity.

It can be combined with breast augmentation surgery. The goal is to shape the breast tissue to ensure that the skin on top is tighter and firmer, and to achieve ideal breast size and symmetry.

  • Breast reduction surgeries are operations performed on large breasts that do not fit a person's anatomy. This operation allows for both the removal of excess weight and the achievement of an ideal breast appearance and symmetry. Thus, it facilitates easier physical activities, alleviates pain in the back, waist, and neck caused by breast weight, and ultimately improves the patient's quality of life.

Large breasts can cause bra strap marks on the shoulders, rashes in the breast fold, and also lead to neck and back pain.

During this procedure, skin, fat, and breast tissue are removed to reshape the breast.

  • Nipple inversion can occur at the nipple where the milk ducts open and in the surrounding pigmented area (areola), leading to both aesthetic and functional problems. Genetic factors and postpartum changes can result in deformities Sometimes the nipple may be inverted, which is referred to as an "inverted nipple."

The nipple generally becomes flatter and wider after breastfeeding and childbirth, and its color may darken. The projection may decrease over time, but sometimes the nipple can also become pointed outward. The most common deformity observed is the enlargement of the nipple and the widening of the surrounding area. A large nipple or, conversely, an inverted one can negatively affect women and lead to breastfeeding problems after pregnancy.

Sometimes, even in the absence of childbirth and breastfeeding, the nipple may be genetically wider and flatter than normal. An inward-facing or retracted nipple is also usually genetic. Aesthetic interventions will vary depending on the shape deformities of the nipple and areola.

  • AQUAGOLD is the new and easiest way to treat large areas that are difficult to restructure. It is a versatile method used especially for the treatment of many cosmetic issues such as fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, loss of skin elasticity, and loss of facial volume.AQUAGOLD makes it possible for the skin to quickly regain the moisture it has lost, resulting in a youthful and radiant appearance. One of the best features of the procedure is its ability to simultaneously address multiple issues such as dryness, fine lines, and wrinkles, allowing for a painless and quick treatment in a single step.

  • The purpose of the Wrinkle treatment procedure is to eliminate wrinkles in the facial area that occur as a result of the contractions of the mimic muscles located beneath the skin. Among non-surgical facial rejuvenation methods, The treatment is primarily used to correct wrinkles in the upper facial area, while fillers are utilized for those in the lower facial area. Wrinkle injection causes relaxation in the mimic muscles, which are responsible for the fine wrinkles on the face.

This results in a reduction or complete disappearance of the wrinkles in the skin that covers the muscles.

  • The décolletage area is as important as neck aesthetics for women. Wrinkles increase due to factors such as loss of skin tightness, exposure to sunlight, constant lying on the stomach, and the use of smoking and caffeine, negatively affecting the aesthetic appearance of the neck and décolletage area. With the treatment, wrinkles and lines in the décolletage area can be reduced.

All the lines in the décolletage area create an uncomfortable appearance. Additionally, fat accumulation and skin sagging that lead to loss of elasticity are observed.

In treatment, the goal is to achieve a tighter and smoother area using special fillers.

  • As the years go by, the negative effects of less active cells and external factors in the eye area begin to manifest first around the eyes.

No method other than wrinkle treatment has been as effective in reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Issues around the eyes are not solely caused by aging and our facial expressions. Lack of sleep, excessive caffeine consumption, long hours in front of computer and tablet screens, watching television for extended periods, an unbalanced diet, or not getting enough sleep can also make our eye area look tired, worn out, and aged.

  • Facial filler; over time, the volume of the face may decrease, causing the features to lose their original shape. These changes can be due to time, as well as environmental factors or rapid weight gain and loss. It is possible to correct these negative changes in facial features with this application.

In which areas is Facial Filler applied?
To the forehead area (between the eyebrows),
    Nose filler (for non-surgical rhinoplasty),
Around the mouth (to the upper part of the lips and areas around the nose),
    Lip filler,
    Roof filler (on the cheekbones),
Chin filler is a non-surgical aesthetic procedure.

  • The procedure is completed in half an hour without the need for general anesthesia. This method, preferred by those who want to avoid face and neck lift surgery and do not want to experience the hospital process, is a practical and highly effective technique that offers the possibility of use for up to 5 years, or even longer if you take good care of yourself, thanks to silicone suspensions and special threads.

If you are between the ages of 35 and 65, have sagging in your face, an unclear jawline, or complaints of fullness, drooping eyebrows, and/or neck issues, it means you are suitable for this procedure.

  • With the H-100 Youth Vaccine, it is now possible to reduce wrinkles and loss of elasticity in the skin more than ever before.
and it is a highly rich cocktail serum; it contains various collagen growth factors, amino acids, and many antioxidant vitamins all together,
withnits high concentration of hyaluronic acid, it prevents moisture loss and increases skin elasticity.
However, its truly magical touch comes from Mannitol, known as the strongest antioxidant. Mannitol captures free radicals in the skin, promoting the renewal of cells and tissues. Another property of Mannitol is its ability to reduce edema. This way, it enhances the longevity of hyaluronic acid in the skin.

  • HIFU; with its anti-aging effect, is one of the most commonly performed procedures today, featuring revolutionary High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound treatment.

With the HIFU treatment, which offers a short procedure time and long-lasting effective results, it is possible to rejuvenate without surgery.

This method, which has high-intensity focused ultrasound technology, provides the opportunity for non-surgical rejuvenation by tightening the skin. Unlike cosmetic surgery and laser treatments, HIFU works on the deeper layers of the skin rather than the surface. This treatment uses ultrasound energy and activates collagen production in the skin with extremely precise thermal sound waves.

  • Lip augmentation aesthetic is performed by injecting filling materials or fat tissues extracted by the patient him/herself. The filling materials have to be soft and collapsible. The most natural method without a risk is using of filling materials harvested from the own fat tissue of the body. The inserted filling materials have duration between a couple of months and one year, because most of the material will be absorbed by the body in time. For this reason the injections have to be repeated a second or even a third time after the estimated duration time of the filling material. After these corrections the augmentation will reach the wanted size and will stay permanent.

  • Migraine treatment relaxes the muscles by blocking the nerve-muscle junctions.

The injection applied to the points that trigger migraines causes the muscles to relax. Thus, both the wrinkles on the forehead and temples are eliminated, and migraine is kept under control.

The effects of the treatment, which is applied in a short time of about 10 minutes, last for approximately 6 months.

The effect manifests itself both as a reduction in pain intensity and as an extension of the intervals between attacks.

  • PRP Hair Treatment is extremely important for the hair roots to receive sufficient oxygen and nutrition, as well as for the density and quality of the hair strands.

Hair strands connected to roots that do not receive enough oxygen by being closed off all day weaken and thin out, leading to hair loss over time.

The PRP treatment applied to the hair roots acts as a doping effect on the hair, causing it to strengthen and regain health.

Since PRP is the process of separating platelets from your blood and returning it to you, it does not carry any risk of side effects or allergies.

  • PRP Skin Rejuvenation, also known as rejuvenation treatment with your own blood, involves the separation of blood taken from the patient, which is then re-injected into the skin. The skin rejuvenates without the use of foreign substances.
PRP is a tissue renewal treatment applied in the treatment of marks such as wrinkles, acne, and spots that occur with aging. It is one of the most effective methods used to eliminate the tired and worn expression on the face and to revitalize the skin.

  • Thermage is the only procedure that rejuvenates and tightens facial and body contours without incisions, and creates healthy collagen (the fundamental building block of the skin) tissue, within modern aesthetic applications.
The Thermage procedure utilizes radiofrequency (RF) waves. The rejuvenating and tightening effects of this technology on the skin and subcutaneous tissues have been clinically proven.

Thermage offers a single-session treatment option, making it advantageous compared to other skin rejuvenation systems. It is performed without needles or surgical intervention. It is quick and easy. The recovery process is short. It is a treatment that does not disrupt daily life.
